Research & Insights.

Our feasibility study and competitor analysis showed us that majority of such websites are cluttered with information all around their site, making user navigation a bit of a pain.

After careful analysis for the website we determined the biggest factor for capturing customer attention would be the user behavior, which is why initially majority of our focus went towards the UI & UX design.

Our primary goal throughout the UX phase was to design a customer experience that required a minimal level of thought from the user. Everything on the screen had to have a purpose making customers to navigate around the site a doddle.

Being a start-up company in an already saturated market, onewayreturn.com wanted a brand that would portray them being a young and friendly company.

We started the project with an open mind, while researching around. In depth feasibility study, competitor analysis and market research was carried out to determine the right approach for the brand. Following which out designers started to sketch up on the brand identity.

After much detailed revisions we came up with a brand identity that will focus on the company being a friendly and customer focused brand.

Its exceptional growth has been based on embracing the latest technological advances to give its customers the latest and most competitive prices available at any time.

There are a countless number of such sites, however our idea of differentiating was to give the site an eye-catching factor. Keeping things simple our idea was to make sure users aren’t overwhelmed with the busy hustle bustle most of these similar sites come with. Our aim was to give the site a friendly yet luxurious feel.

We developed a flexible search option for the site, allowing visitors to browse prices across a whole month, or even a year, allowing them to get the best deals. The site is directly linked with the flight’s booking system, so pulls the best prices from over 50 airlines and allows the user to book directly from the site.

Once the brand and the site was launched, we were commissioned with outdoor advertising for Oneway Return. We designed billboard posters and secured a year’s billboard spaces across London.
