Research & Insights.

Despite being a fairly young company the friendly faces has proven to have the ability and the knowledge to get results time and time again. With a very short few months Aston Rock has managed to cover properties all across the capital.

We initiated the project on a proactive approach. After the initial meeting with the client we went away and decided to carry out market research and market positioning analysis. Following which we developed a brand and digital strategy.

Once the strategy was finalised we then got started with the design and developments.


We started of the branding with the idea that the brand identity should reflect he luxury properties Aston Rock deal with. Within the first month of getting their brand and site ready Aston Rock started receiving instructions for properties in Chelsea & Kensington, which showed us that we did manage to attract the right customer base.

We wanted to create an image that will identify the brand being of quality and specialize in dealing upmarket properties.

Brand collateral were also designed and printed by us to make sure the luxury feel remains intact throughout all the branding elements.


The website project started off with carrying out market positioning analysis to determine what needs to be done to achieve their goals. UX and UI designs were given the up-most attention. We built a site that has the capability to allow users to find properties as per their search criteria easily.

Keeping things to minimal, the homepage was designed by populating it with recently instructed properties. We wanted the site to standout within the saturated market, and a clean luxurious feel to the homepage was a must.

The search and filter option in all the pages allow the users to modify their search results from any of the property pages including the home page, as that’s usually one of the main function a user does when they arrive to a property site.


The site was developed not as a content manageemnt site but as a property management portal, where our client had the ability to monitor and make notes of any enquires right within the paltform. Additionally, individual agents could also be assigned to each property, so that any inquiry for a property would be passed on to him/her directly.

The search result page was laid out keeping all the necessary information visible. Clearly specifying the number of beds and baths using icons and stating exactly where the property is located.


The result and the property pages were also showing featured properties, to  pull through visitors for those mostly sought after properties.


The actual property information page had the full description of the property along with large images to attract more interest. With a gist of overview of the property highlighted the page also showed the exact location of the property using latitude & longitude.

We also developed a form directly attached to the property page, so that any interested visitor can inform the agency of their interest straight from that property page.
